Q: Who can participate?
A: Anyone aged 40+ with a valid national fencing license can join! The number of participants is unlimited.
Q: Can I register on-site?
A: No, all entries must be completed online before March 22, 2026.
Q: What are the age categories?
A: For the purposes of the EVF Circuit and rankings, a fencer's age is taken as the age at the end of the Circuit Season Year. Fencers competing in the 2026 Circuit that commences in 2025 will fence in the category that corresponds to their age on 31 December 2026.
V1: 40-49 years
V2: 50-59 years
V3: 60-69 years
V4: 70+ years.
Q: What is the payment process?
A: After entering your details on the COMPETIT registration platform, the system will automatically calculate the correct amount and provide you with the account number and all necessary payment details.
You will also receive this information via email at the address provided during registration.
Q: Can I pay on-site?
Q: Will food be available?
A: Yes! A commercial catering service will be on-site to keep you fuelled throughout the event.
Q: Do you recommend any hotels?
A: Yes. The organizer is negotiating special rates with selected partner hotels located both near the competition venue (Jabłonna area) and in the center of Warsaw. Details of recommended hotels – including booking codes or links – will be published soon.
In general, you can also take advantage of the wide range of hotels available both in Warsaw and near the airports via popular booking services.
Q: What about transportation?
A: For the convenience of participants, the organizer is arranging dedicated transport between the airports, selected partner hotels and the competition venue, according to the published timetable.
You can also reach the tournament by car, taxi or public transport, similarly to the options described above.
By taxi (e.g., Uber), the ride from the city center or the airport takes about 35 minutes and costs around 120-160 PLN (28-38 EUR).
If you’re using public transport, we recommend downloading the "Jak Dojadę" app, available on Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS). The journey takes about 1 hour 20 minutes and costs around 26 PLN (6 EUR).
