The special rate applies only to reservations made before March 14, 2026. After that date, bookings may be processed at the hotel’s current public rates or under individually agreed terms (if the hotel decides to maintain the special rate).
Q: How do I book the Partner Hotel for EVF Circuit in Poland?

A: Yes. We provide two accommodation options. The Partner Hotel in Jabłonna (closest to the venue) and a second hotel in Warsaw city centre as an alternative. Details of the city centre option will be published A.S.A.P. in this section.
Q: Will transport to the venue and back be organised?
A: Yes. The Organiser plans to arrange transport to the venue and after the event, also on preferential terms. Details will be shared before the event, once the hotel booking list has been received.
